Refund Policy

Align Therapy values your time and the time reserved for your appointment. The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all counselling services.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged a $75 short-notice cancellation fee and are not eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made through the online booking system or by contacting Align Therapy directly prior to the 24-hour cancellation window.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Align Therapy.
